128 HAGSL Staff Win at HKIA Customer Service Excellence Awards
The annual “HKIA Customer Service Excellence Programme” award ceremony was held on 21st June at the Hong Kong International Airport. Established in 2002, the HKIA Customer Service Excellence Award aims at recognizing airport staff in delivering outstanding service for passengers and customers. During the year of 2018/19, Hong Kong Aviation Ground Services Limited (HAGSL) is pleased to have 128 staffs being awarded in different categories under the programme, which included individual excellence, corporate excellence and cross company excellence award.
We are grateful that the outstanding performance of our staff were recognized by HKIA and customers. Over the years, HAGSL have been striving to provide best service to the customer with our core value, PEOPLE. HAGSL have been standing in customer’s shoes, keep enhancing the service procedure.
